If your heat is not working check the following:

1. Make sure you have fuel oil in your tank

2. Make sure that there is power to the unit

3. Make sure your thermostat is operational and set appropriately

4. Press the reset button on your furnace, if your unit doesn't fire on the first resent, call our service department immediately. We have 24-hour emergency service. During regular hours call our office. For emergencies call our pager, 518-969-0625 and a phone number for our technicians.
